About Us

We are a Husband/Wife team who actually love working together! Combined, we have over 40 years of hospitality experience and in 2017 we made our dream come true and opened our own place. Inspired by Jenn's maiden name (Fox), her Dad's former business and old family cookie recipes The Mint Fox was created.  In 2021 we officially became a 'mom & pop shop" when our daughter, and official ice cream & cookie tester, Hazel was born.

Mike will talk your ear off about baseball and his childhood in Chicago. His favorite ice cream flavor is Mint Avalanche and his favorite cookie is oatmeal raisin.

Jenn is originally from upstate New York and absolutely loves being a mommy. Her favorite ice cream is PB Hearts Chocolate and her favorite cookie is Snickerdoodle.

Hazel is a happy-go-lucky, super-silly, ball of energy. Her favorite ice cream is Zanzibar Chocolate and her favorite cookie is chocolate chip!
